The business case
Why it matters to the business
Protect your employer brand
Senior exits are noticed by your market, your clients and your future hires.
Support the people who stay
Teams watch closely how leavers are treated, and draw their own conclusions.
Reduce risk
A structured, supported exit lowers the chance of disputes and protracted negotiations.
Get them moving
Leaders with a clear next step move on faster and with less friction.
In recent years, we've engaged Ronan to help a couple of our people successfully navigate meaningful change in their lives. He earned instant professional credibility with me, but, more importantly, he built instant rapport and trust with them, providing them with concrete actions they could take to shift their thinking and equip themselves to find and take the right next step in their career. He has a professional and calm way of doing things, but blends this with friendliness and informality — a perfect blend for us.
Derek Carter · Chief People Officer, Strong RootsThe difference
You work with me. Not a pool of associates.
Large outplacement providers assign your leader to whichever consultant is available. Here, every session is with me — the same person from the first conversation to the last.
For senior leaders, that continuity matters. They are more candid, they move faster, and you have one accountable point of contact throughout.

For managers
Support before the conversation, not just after it.
How a redundancy is delivered shapes how it's received — by the leader leaving and by the team watching. I can brief the managers who will deliver the news, so they go in prepared.
- 01
Prepare
Plan the conversation: what to say, what not to say, and how to handle the first reaction.
- 02
Rehearse
Practise the difficult moments so the message lands clearly and humanely.
- 03
